Whether you’re feeling stuck in your current job, seeking new opportunities, or pursuing your passion, pivoting your career can open doors to fulfillment and growth. With a structured plan, you can make this transition smoothly within 90 days.
In fact, one of the most difficult decisions you'll make when pivoting your career will be to take action and move beyond the thought of leaving your career behind to walking into your new purpose and newly defined career. Sometimes this decision comes easily and other times they're made for you, don't wait for that to be the reason you changed careers and take action today because you'll know when is time. If you are unsure, going through the following phases may give you some helpful ideas on how to move beyond thinking about it to taking action.
